Product Overview

T552 is an advanced liquid‑soluble metal deactivator based on a benzotriazole derivative. While retaining its excellent ability to mitigate oil oxidation and inhibit copper corrosion, T552 further enhances oil solubility and emulsion resistance, and exhibits superior thermal stability. With a lower alkalinity than T551, it demonstrates reduced interaction with acidic additives. T552 also displays outstanding synergistic effects when combined with various antioxidants such as phenolic and amine types, delivering overall performance that surpasses T551 and making it a viable replacement. It is widely used in synthetic oils, HL‑type general‑purpose machine tool oils, steam turbine oils, greases, and fuel stabilizers.

③ Metalworking fluids: cutting fluids, grinding fluids, and forming fluids.

④ Lubricating Greases: industrial lubricating greases, automotive lubricating greases.

⑤ Specialty oils: transformer oil, fuel additives, and synthetic lubricants.
