Product Overview

T552 features upgraded performance compared to T551, offering superior oil solubility, anti-emulsification properties, and thermal stability. It has a lower alkalinity and exhibits minimal reactivity with acidic additives. Additionally, T552 demonstrates excellent antioxidant capabilities and outstanding resistance to copper corrosion. When used in synergy with various antioxidants such as 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol (T501), 4,4-methylenebis(2,6-di-tert-butylphenol), alkyl diphenylamine (T534), and T323, it delivers significantly enhanced performance. T552 can serve as a reliable replacement for T551 in applications including synthetic oils, machine tool oils, steam turbine oils, lubricating greases, and fuel stabilizers.

 

Performance Characteristics

① Excellent oil solubility: Effectively blends with various base oils (such as mineral oil, synthetic oil, etc.), ensuring stable dispersion and making it suitable for a wide range of oil-based systems.

② Outstanding metal protection performance: It effectively inhibits rust formation on metal surfaces caused by electrochemical reactions, while also reducing the catalytic effect of metal ions on oil oxidation, thereby providing a metal deactivation function.

③ Good stability: It remains stable under certain temperature and operating conditions without easy decomposition, ensuring long-term maintenance of its performance. Additionally, it exhibits strong compatibility with other additives (such as antioxidants and extreme-pressure agents), making it convenient for formulation and blending.

④ Versatile functionality: It not only exhibits corrosion inhibition and metal deactivation properties but also, in certain scenarios, helps enhance the anti-wear and antioxidant synergistic effects of lubricants, making it suitable for a wide range of application environments.

Applied to industrial lubricants, automotive lubricants, marine lubricants, and greases.
