Product Overview

DazzleAdd AR 1090 is a specialized calcium‑based rust inhibitor (a complex of calcium alkyl naphthalene sulfonates and carboxylates) that offers outstanding rust‑preventive and anti‑emulsification performance. It is suitable for hydraulic oils, gear oils, greases, dehydrating rust‑inhibiting oils, rust‑protective metalworking fluids, and oil‑film bearing oils, among others. It exhibits exceptional resistance to stacking‑induced corrosion and is particularly well suited for high‑temperature, high‑humidity environments. It maintains excellent demulsibility and filterability in both dry and wet conditions and demonstrates good oil solubility.

Scope of Application

Applied to rust-preventive oils, hydraulic oils, circulating oils, greases, gear oils, and more.

 

Recommended dosage

Rust-preventive oil: 1.0%–10.0%

Hydraulic oil: 0.1%–0.2%

Circulating oil: 0.1%–2.0%

Lubricating grease: 0.1%–1.0%

Gear oil: 0.5%–1.0%

 

Packaging Specifications
