DazzleAdd EM 2000 is a specialized ester‑type emulsifier derived from natural oils that have been ethoxylated and subsequently re‑esterified, exhibiting excellent biodegradability. It offers outstanding emulsifying and lubricating properties, generates very low foam, and delivers superior cleaning performance compared to tetrameric systems. It is suitable for semi‑synthetic cutting fluids as well as fully synthetic formulations and is resistant to hydrolysis. It is also recommended for use in sizing agents, various rolling emulsions, agrochemicals, and coating emulsions, among other applications.

Scope of Application

Recommended dosage
Semi-synthetic cutting fluid: 1%–5%
Fully synthetic cutting fluid: 1%–10%
Rolling fluid: 1%–10%
Warping oil: 1%–3%
Pesticide emulsion: 0.1%–2.0%
Coating emulsion: 0.1%–2.0%
