DazzleAdd AR PE1 is a pentaerythritol ester of lanolin fatty acids. It is non‑oxidizing and, compared with unmodified paraffin wax, exhibits greater affinity for metal surfaces and superior adhesion. It is soluble in most hydrocarbon solvents and, when blended with paraffin and microcrystalline waxes, forms stable, non‑flocculating solutions.
Performance Features
① It is non-oxidizing and will not cause yellowing.
② It is soluble in most hydrocarbon solvents and can be blended with paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax to form a stable, non‑flocculating solution that resists precipitation at low temperatures.
③ It possesses the functions of a coupling agent and a crosslinking agent, and exhibits synergistic effects when compounded with most additives.
④ It is highly emulsifiable and exhibits excellent lubricity in metalworking fluid formulations, making it suitable for aqueous drawing, stamping, and other processes. 。
Scope of Application
It is used in rust-preventive oils, metalworking oils and fluids, metal-forming and cold-forging oils, flushing oils, chain oils, open‑gear and wire‑rope oils, greases, release agents, metal‑polishing liquids, and more.
