DazzleAdd P 2000 is a composite additive specially formulated for oil‑film bearing lubricants. It has been developed specifically for torsion‑free high‑speed wire rod mills (Morgan and Danieli) and is also suitable for lubricating gears and bearings in circulating systems. It is particularly well‑suited to operating conditions where water contamination is highly likely, enabling water that enters the system to separate from the oil with ease. The product exhibits excellent lubricity, emulsion resistance, and rust‑inhibition properties. Unlike conventional additives used in hydraulic and gear oils, DazzleAdd P 2000 incorporates specialized anti‑wear agents, rust inhibitors, and demulsifiers, making it compatible with a wide range of base oils. It can be formulated into oil‑film bearing oils of various viscosity grades.

Recommended dosage
Oil film bearing oil: 1.5%–2.5%
Metalworking oil: 0.5%–1.0%
Hydraulic oil: 0.5%–1.0%
System circulating oil: 1.0%–3.0%
Lubricating grease: 1.0%–3.0%
Various gear oils: 1.0%–3.0%
