TT571 is a liquid, oil‑soluble metal deactivator derived from methylbenzotriazole, offering excellent copper‑corrosion inhibition and superior antioxidant performance. Its standout feature is broad‑spectrum metal protection, effectively safeguarding copper, silver, zinc, and other metals. TT571 suppresses catalytic oxidation by chelating metal ions, thereby slowing oil oxidation, while simultaneously forming a protective film on metal surfaces to inhibit electrochemical corrosion. Notably, when formulated with appropriate antioxidants in API Group II and Group III base oils, it exhibits a remarkable synergistic antioxidant effect. TT571 demonstrates excellent oil solubility, does not adversely interact with conventional metal‑containing additives, and boasts outstanding compatibility, making it widely suitable for steam turbine oils, hydraulic fluids, gear oils, and other industrial lubricants, as well as greases and metalworking fluids.

④ Excellent additive compatibility: does not exhibit adverse interactions with metallic additives, demonstrates superior blending performance, and ensures safe formulation.
Scope of Application
① Industrial lubricants: gear oils, hydraulic oils, compressor oils, steam turbine oils, circulating oils, antioxidant and anti-rust oils, and HL general‑purpose machine tool oils.
② Automotive lubricants: engine oil, gear oil, and transmission fluid.
③ Metalworking fluids: cutting fluids, grinding fluids, forming fluids, and metalworking oils.
④ Lubricating Grease: industrial lubricating grease, automotive lubricating grease.
⑤ Specialty oils: transformer oil, fuel additives, and synthetic lubricants.
