NANO-MOLY 2030G is a grease additive formulation containing colloidal organic molybdenum, high-sulfur compounds, and other components. It exhibits outstanding extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance, friction-reducing properties, and antioxidant capabilities. The product features a small particle size, excellent dispersibility, odorless characteristics, high-temperature resistance, superior thermal stability, and exceptional environmental friendliness. It is widely used in premium greases such as lithium-based, complex lithium-based, polyurea, complex aluminum-based, and complex calcium sulfonate-based greases, significantly enhancing their extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance, friction reduction, and antioxidant properties. Moreover, it possesses a surface-repairing function for friction pairs such as bearings and gears, effectively suppressing temperature rise and vibration under extreme-pressure, heavy-load conditions. In particular, it delivers remarkably effective results in addressing the micro-motion wear requirements of sliding and rolling friction pairs like gears and bearings, thereby substantially extending bearing service life and improving bearing lubrication reliability.
Performance Features
① Safety and Environmental Protection: Odorless, non-irritating to skin and eyes, non-contact toxic, non-corrosive to metals, and compliant with EU technical requirements for imported additives.
② Easy dispersion: Can be uniformly dispersed in grease without the need for a three-roll mill or homogenizer, and does not clog centralized lubrication supply lines.
③ High-temperature stability: excellent resistance to high temperatures, high decomposition temperature, and superior oxidation resistance.
④ Wear and Fretting Resistance: Exhibits outstanding extreme-pressure, anti-wear, friction-reducing, and antioxidant performance, reducing the coefficient of sliding friction of bearing rollers, minimizing noise and vibration, and significantly extending bearing service life. Its effectiveness is particularly pronounced in mitigating fretting wear in sliding and rolling friction pairs, thereby enhancing bearing lubrication life and reliability.
⑤ Inert compatibility: Does not disrupt the colloidal structure of the grease, does not impair its water resistance, is suitable for a wide range of greases, and ensures that the grease remains soft and does not harden during lubrication of cylindrical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings.
⑥ Synergistic Film Formation: Under high-speed, high-temperature, and heavy-load conditions, it decomposes to form a nanoscale layered molybdenum disulfide chemical reaction film, which, in synergy with high-sulfur compounds, is adsorbed and deposited on the friction pair surfaces, exhibiting outstanding extreme-pressure, anti-wear, and fretting-corrosion resistance.
