NANO-MOLY 2030G is a lubricant additive compound formulated with colloidal organic molybdenum and high-sulfur compounds. It exhibits excellent extreme-pressure anti-wear and friction-reducing properties, along with high decomposition temperature, superior thermal stability, fine particle size, and remarkable ability to lower the coefficient of friction. Additionally, it features low odor and outstanding environmental friendliness. This product possesses effective surface repair capabilities for friction pairs and delivers durable, low-friction performance, addressing the micro-motion wear characteristics of friction components. NANO-MOLY 2030G effectively mitigates temperature rise and vibration in extreme-pressure, heavy-load applications, particularly excelling in preventing micro-motion wear in sliding and rolling friction pairs such as gears and bearings. As a result, it significantly extends the service life of grease-lubricated bearings and enhances overall lubrication reliability.
