Product Overview

NANO-MOLY 2030G is a composite additive containing colloidal organic molybdenum and high-sulfur compounds. It exhibits a high decomposition temperature and excellent thermal stability, significantly reducing the coefficient of friction while delivering outstanding extreme-pressure, anti-wear, friction-reducing, and antioxidant properties. Under severe operating conditions—such as high speed, high temperature, and heavy load—the product decomposes to form a nanoscale layered molybdenum disulfide chemical reaction film. In synergy with the high-sulfur compounds, it adsorbs and deposits on metal surfaces, creating a layered microcrystalline structure that provides superior extreme-pressure, anti-wear, and fretting‑wear resistance. This product is easily dispersible, odorless, highly heat‑resistant, and environmentally friendly, while also offering surface‑repairing capabilities and low‑friction characteristics with excellent durability. It effectively suppresses temperature rise and vibration in bearings and gears under extreme-pressure, heavy‑load conditions, substantially extending bearing lubrication life and operational reliability, and is particularly well suited for addressing fretting wear in sliding and rolling friction pairs. It is widely used in premium lubricating greases, including lithium‑based greases, complex lithium‑based greases, polyurea greases, complex aluminum‑based greases, and complex calcium‑sulfonate greases.

When used for lubricating cylindrical and tapered roller bearings, it helps prevent the grease from hardening, making it suitable for high‑end greases such as polyurea, lithium‑based, complex lithium‑based, and complex aluminum‑based formulations.

 

Scope of Application

It is suitable for high‑grade greases such as lithium‑based, complex lithium‑based, polyurea, complex aluminum‑based, and complex calcium‑sulfonate greases, and is recommended for cylindrical roller bearings, tapered roller bearings, and gear transmission systems. Under extreme pressure, heavy‑load, high‑speed, and high‑temperature operating conditions, it helps suppress temperature rise and vibration, mitigates fretting wear, and is well suited for centralized lubrication systems.
