Product Overview
T351 is a high‑performance solid organic molybdenum extreme‑pressure and anti‑wear additive, chemically composed of molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate. This product exhibits excellent thermal stability, and in greases its antioxidant and anti‑wear performance significantly outperforms that of inorganic molybdenum additives. T351 is mildly alkaline yet does not promote corrosion; it has low density, disperses readily, and does not disrupt the grease’s structure, while delivering multiple functions including antioxidant, anti‑wear, extreme‑pressure, and friction‑reducing properties. It is widely used in various types of greases, such as extreme‑pressure lithium greases, complex lithium greases, complex aluminum greases, extreme‑pressure bentonite greases, and aviation greases, meeting the lubrication requirements of long‑life, high‑temperature applications—including automotive chassis components, ball joints, steering tie rods, and constant‑velocity universal joints—and can also be incorporated into non‑petroleum‑based lubrication systems.
Performance Features
① High-efficiency extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance: A high-purity organic molybdenum formulation releases highly active molybdenum–sulfur species, forming a high-strength, extreme-pressure, anti-wear protective film on metal surfaces.
② Outstanding high-temperature stability: Maintains excellent performance even under extreme high-temperature conditions, effectively extending the service life of both the lubricant and the equipment.
③ Long‑term antioxidant performance: Effectively inhibits oxidative degradation of lubricants, slows the aging process, and enhances the long-term stability of the lubrication system.
④ Multi‑functional synergistic compatibility: It simultaneously delivers anti‑wear, friction‑reducing, extreme‑pressure, and antioxidant performance, with markedly enhanced efficacy when combined with a wide range of commonly used additives.
⑤ Rapid, broad‑spectrum dispersibility: Low density and easy to disperse, it can achieve quick and uniform dispersion in mineral oils, synthetic oils, and non‑petroleum‑based lubricants.
Scope of Application
① Industrial lubricating greases: extreme-pressure lithium-based grease, complex lithium-based grease, complex aluminum-based grease, extreme-pressure bentonite grease, and aviation-grade lubricating grease.
② Automotive chassis lubrication: Ball joints, steering tie rods, constant-velocity joints, and other components require long-life, high-temperature‑resistant, wear‑resistant, long‑lasting greases.
③ Heavy‑machine lubrication: bearings and gear systems in heavy equipment used in construction, mining, agriculture, and other industries.
④ Non-petroleum-based lubricants: valve lubricants and other non-petroleum-based specialty lubricants.
