ANO-MOLY 2040G is an additive formulated with a composite of colloidal inorganic molybdenum, graphite, and other inorganic anti-wear additives. It features high decomposition temperature, excellent thermal stability, and remarkable effectiveness in reducing the coefficient of friction. Additionally, it combines outstanding extreme-pressure and anti-wear properties, energy-saving and friction-reducing capabilities, as well as superior antioxidant characteristics. This additive also exhibits surface-repairing functionality for frictional components, effectively addressing micro-motion wear issues while delivering durable, low-friction performance. Furthermore, this environmentally friendly additive is highly versatile and can be widely incorporated into premium lubricants such as lithium-based, complex lithium-based, polyurea, complex aluminum-based, and complex calcium sulfonate greases. Its use significantly extends the service life of bearings and gears, making it particularly suitable for demanding lubrication applications involving heavy loads and harsh operating conditions—such as large open-tooth gear greases, coupling greases, and roller press greases.
