Product Overview

T451 is a phosphorus‑containing ester additive that combines excellent oil solubility, anti‑wear performance, and friction‑reducing properties. This product dissolves rapidly and remains stably dispersed in both mineral and synthetic oils, significantly reducing wear on mechanical components during operation and effectively lowering the coefficient of friction, thereby enhancing equipment efficiency and service life. It is widely used in industrial lubricants and greases, including spindle oils, guide‑rail oils, spindle oils, axle‑box oils (specifically for railway locomotives), rolling‑mill fluids, and water‑based cold‑forging lubricants.

Performance Features

① High-efficiency oil-solubility: Quickly dissolves and stably disperses in both mineral and synthetic oils, delivering outstanding performance in composite formulations.

② Excellent wear resistance: Effectively reduces wear on mechanical components, extending equipment service life.

③ Outstanding friction-reducing performance: significantly lowers the coefficient of friction, enhancing equipment operating efficiency.

Scope of Application

① Industrial lubricants: spindle oil, guide‑rail oil, spindle oil, and journal bearing oil (specifically for railway locomotives).

② Metalworking fluids: rolling fluids, water-based cold‑forging lubricants.

③ Lubricating greases: lithium-based greases, complex lithium-based greases, and various other types of lubricating greases.
