T451 Phosphorus-containing ester compounds

Product Name: T451

Chemical Name: Phosphorus-containing ester compounds

Colloid Compound

Product Overview

T451 is an organic phosphate ester-based friction modifier with excellent oil solubility and outstanding anti-wear and friction-reducing performance. It functions by forming a phosphorus-containing boundary lubrication film (either chemisorbed or reaction-formed) on the friction surface, effectively reducing the coefficient of friction and minimizing surface wear. This product demonstrates remarkable efficacy in both oil-based and certain water-based lubrication systems, making it suitable for applications such as spindle oils and guide rail oils. Additionally, T451 can also be utilized as an additive in water-based lubricants.

Performance Characteristics

① Excellent oil solubility: Exhibits outstanding oil solubility, allowing it to seamlessly and uniformly blend into various base oils without any layering or sedimentation.

② Outstanding wear resistance: It can form an effective protective film on metal surfaces, significantly reducing wear in mechanical equipment and extending the service life of the devices.

③ Excellent wear-reducing performance: Demonstrates outstanding friction-reducing effects, effectively lowering the coefficient of friction, enhancing mechanical efficiency, and ensuring stable equipment operation.

Scope of Application

Applied to spindle oil, guide rail oil, spindle oil, axle bearing oil (specifically for railway locomotives), rolling fluids, lubricating greases, and water-based cold forging lubricants.
