Product Overview

NANO-BORON 2060G is an environmentally friendly, non-halogenated composite flame retardant containing zinc, boron, and nitrogen. It features small particle size, low specific gravity, and excellent dispersibility, while also delivering outstanding flame-retardant performance, non-toxicity, low water solubility, and high thermal stability. As a highly effective and eco-friendly new-generation flame retardant, it is widely applicable in fields such as plastics, rubber, coatings, and lubricating oils. When used in lubricating oils, it further enhances their load-carrying capacity.

 

Performance Characteristics

① Safety and Compliance: Odorless, non-irritating to skin and eyes, non-contact toxic, does not corrode metals, and meets EU technical requirements for imported additives.

② Excellent flame retardancy: Suitable for ultra-high temperature greases, it significantly enhances the flash point and reduces combustion smoke.

③ Excellent compatibility: Primarily composed of "inert" components, it contains no active compounds and does not disrupt the colloidal structure or physicochemical properties of lubricating greases (particularly without affecting mechanical stability or colloidal integrity). It is suitable for use with a wide variety of grease formulations.

④ Excellent lubricity: As an extreme-pressure anti-wear additive, the layered solid lubricant it contains can still deliver effective lubrication even at low temperatures.

Applied in fields such as plastics, rubber, coatings, and lubricating greases.

3%-10% (Lubricating Grease Flame Retardant); 3%-20% (Lubricating Grease Extreme Pressure and Anti-Wear Agent)
