Product Overview

NANO-BORON 2060G is an environmentally friendly, halogen-free flame retardant containing boron and nitrogen, characterized by excellent flame-retardant performance, good dispersibility, non-toxicity, low water solubility, and high thermal stability. As a highly efficient and eco-friendly novel flame retardant, it is widely used in plastics, rubber, coatings, lubricating oils, and other fields. When incorporated into lubricating oils, it also enhances the load-carrying capacity of these products.

 

Performance Features

① Safety and Environmental Protection: Odorless, non-irritating to skin and eyes, non-contact toxic, non-corrosive to metals, and compliant with EU technical requirements for imported additives.

② Excellent flame retardancy: Outstanding flame-retardant performance, compatible with ultra-high-temperature grease formulations; significantly raises the flash point and effectively suppresses smoke generation.

③ Excellent compatibility: Primarily composed of inert ingredients, it contains no active compounds, does not disrupt the colloidal structure of greases, and has no adverse impact on mechanical stability or colloidal stability. It is suitable for polyurea, lithium-based, complex lithium-based, complex calcium sulfonate-based, and complex aluminum-based greases.

④ Low-temperature lubrication: As an extreme-pressure and anti-wear additive, the solid lubricant it contains is a layered compound that maintains lubricating performance even at low temperatures.

 

Scope of Application

It is used in plastics, rubber, coatings, lubricating greases, and other fields, and is particularly suitable for ultra-high-temperature greases.

 

Recommended Dosage

In grease: flame retardant 3–10%; extreme-pressure and anti-wear additive 3–20%.
