To the Science and Technology Bureaus of all cities and prefectures, and to the administrative departments of science and technology in the pilot counties and county-level cities directly under provincial jurisdiction:
In accordance with the “Measures for the Evaluation of Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” (Guo Ke Fa Zheng [2017] No. 115) and the “Guidance on the Evaluation Services for Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” (Guo Ke Huo Zi [2022] No. 67), and following self-assessment by the enterprises and review by the provincial and municipal/prefectural science and technology administrative authorities, the list of 13,293 technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises admitted in the first batch of 2025 in Hunan Province is hereby announced.
