In accordance with the requirements of the “Notice on Properly Carrying Out the Certification and Certificate Renewal for New Materials Enterprises in Hunan Province in 2025,” following procedures including enterprise applications, municipal and prefectural recommendations, formal review, and expert evaluation, it is proposed to certify 172 enterprises, including Hunan Gaochuang Rare Earth New Materials Co., Ltd., as new materials enterprises in Hunan Province (the 13th batch; see Attachment 1 for the complete list). Additionally, it is proposed to approve the renewal of certificates for 236 new materials enterprises, including Wukuang New Energy Materials (Hunan) Co., Ltd. (the 9th batch; see Attachment 2 for the complete list). This information is hereby made public. Any objections should be submitted in writing, under your real name, during the public notice period. The public notice period runs from January 4, 2026, to January 8, 2026.
