The company is located in the Tongguan Circular Economy Industrial Base of the Wangcheng Economic Development Zone in Hunan Province. Since successfully introducing its first additive product—sulfurized olefin cottonseed oil (T405, T405A)—in 1987, and with ongoing technical support from the China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Research Institute, it has achieved a leap‑forward transformation, moving from technology import to independent R&D.
