In accordance with the “Provisional Measures for the Hierarchical Cultivation and Management of High-Quality SMEs” issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) (MIIT Enterprise [2022] No. 63) and the “Notice of the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on Organizing the Application and Re‑examination for Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative SMEs in Hunan Province for 2026,” following voluntary applications by enterprises, review and recommendations by the competent authorities for SMEs at the city/prefecture and county/district levels, and expert evaluation, it is proposed to recognize 1,553 enterprises, including Changsha Baosheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd., as Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative SMEs of Hunan Province for 2026 (see Attachment 1 for the complete list). Additionally, it is proposed to approve 1,830 enterprises, including Changsha Hongfa Printing Industry Co., Ltd., as having passed the re‑examination for such designations in 2026 (see Attachment 2 for the complete list). The above‑mentioned results are hereby made public. The public notice period runs from April 30 to May 9, 2026. Any objections must be submitted in writing, under the submitter’s real name, during the aforementioned period.
No fees are charged for the application or evaluation process of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has never entrusted any organization or individual to act as an agent for enterprise applications. Should any intermediary agency or individual falsely claim to represent the department or its staff to solicit business or collect fees, please remain vigilant against fraud, avoid being deceived, and report such activities to the relevant local authorities.
